THE MACHINE GAMES ("the app") is a collection of casual arcade games with a global leaderboard, operated by GRP Capital Partners LLC ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles.

Information we collect

• Leaderboard handle & scores. When you submit a score, the 3–8 character handle you type and your score are sent to our leaderboard service and shown publicly on the global leaderboard. This is optional — you can play without submitting.
• On-device data. Your best scores, sound preference, and settings are stored locally on your device (local storage) and are not sent to us.
• Advertising data. The app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier (IDFA), coarse usage/interaction data, and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. On iOS, ads use this identifier only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or any account sign-up.

How data is used

• To operate the public global leaderboard (handle + score).
• By Google AdMob to serve and measure advertising. See Google's policy: How Google uses information.

In-app purchases

The app offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase, processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details; Apple handles the transaction.

Children

The app is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• Don't submit a score, and no handle leaves your device.
• Decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt to limit ad tracking.
• Buy "Remove Ads" to stop seeing ads entirely.
